Customer portal — user guide

Signing in

Go to your supplier's portal (e.g. https://klant.example.nl or the link they sent you) and sign in with your email and password. If two-factor authentication is required you will be asked to set it up with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, …) and then enter a 6-digit code.

Forgot your password? Use Wachtwoord vergeten? / Forgotten your password? — you will receive a reset link by email (valid 30 minutes).

Viewing invoices, contracts and orders

The Documents tab shows your invoices, contracts and orders. Use Download to open a document; the link is short-lived for your security.

Submitting and following up requests

Under Requests you can:

  • See the status of your requests (e.g. Wachten op uw reactie / Awaiting your reply).
  • Open a request to read the messages and reply.
  • Submit a new request with a subject, message and (optional) attachments (max 25 MB per file).

Updating your details

Under My details you can change your name, phone, address, language and (for business accounts) job title. Changing your email sends a verification link to the new address — your login stays the same until you confirm it.

Sharing access (business accounts)

Under Shared access you can let a colleague see your invoices/contracts or submit requests on your behalf, for a chosen period, and revoke it at any time.

Privacy and your data

Under Privacy you can:

  • Request my data — download a machine-readable copy of everything the portal holds about you (AVG/GDPR Art. 15).
  • Close my account — confirmed by an email link. Closing is permanent.

Session timeout

For your security your session expires after a period of inactivity. A warning appears 60 seconds before expiry with Extend session and Log out buttons.
